Limits
This page lists the limits on counts and sizes in Pepetto. It is generated automatically from the app's settings.
Limits that depend on your plan

Archived and deleted notes and memos don't count toward these limits. The free trial lasts 14 days, and no credit card is required.
Limits that are the same on every plan
Notes and memos
- Shared notes shown on one page: 50 (all-pages notes: also 50)
- Personal memos on one page: 50 (all-pages memos: also 50)
- Locations one note can appear in: 20
- Attachments: up to 50 MB per file, 20 files per note
- Images pasted into the text: up to 500 KB (attach larger images as files)
- Scheduled emails: up to 365 days ahead
Groups
- Groups per workspace: 100
- Groups one person can create: 20
- Groups one person can belong to: 25
- Managers per group: 10
Portals, tags, and to-dos
- Portals (all members and group): 200
- Personal portals: 50 per person
- Tags: 100
- To-dos: 500 per person; task titles up to 200 characters
Members and workspaces
- Bulk invites and bulk actions: up to 200 members at a time
- Workspace names, display names, and group names: up to 100 characters
- Workspaces one person can create: 10
Contacting us
- Message: up to 5,000 characters
- Attachments: up to 3 files, 5 MB each
Repeating the same action in a short time
To prevent abuse, repeating the same action many times in a short period may be temporarily blocked. It will work again after a short wait.
